M.I.A Report: J*Davey + Estelle Prep New Albums

J*Davey has announced that they are full-fledged and hard at work on releasing their major label debut album in '09. Just incase you were wondering who J*Davey is, I have provided a link to their website. Jdaveybaby.com

You'll be greeted with aural pleasure from the spacey intro track produced by Brook (the male co-hort of Jack Davey)

I spent some time on their blog and it looks clean. It has various outlets for their fans to reach out and be connected with them. Also, videos, slides of photos and interviews.

The Duo that is J*Davey released a double-disc album The Beauty In Distortion/Land of the Lost back in '08 and I demand you cop it yourself before you regret missing out on a great new treasure.




Also, joining the ranks is ours truly, Estelle. Big ups for her as she has been nominated for a Grammy. Though she has had several projects here in the UK, she has garnered breakthrough success across the pond in the States off her second single American Boy ft. Mr. West from her Shine album.

I'm rather surprised that she is swift to making a new album and I could not be any much happier. To top it off, Estelle has indicated that she would like to collaborate with fellow Brit Adele. This year has just brightened up musically!
