DataRock is my newly acquired obsession right now, take a peek at why I like them so much.
Whitney Houston recently revealed that she was teaming back up with sir Clive Davis for her latest album tentatively titled I LOOK TO YOU which is due to release August 31, 2009.
I'm really loving this song she has created with the hired help of Swizz Beats and Alicia Keys!
I don't even know what a Million Dollar note looks like but I assume holding one in your hand would bring more value to the person.
Track:
Whitney Houston - Million Dollar Bill

If you have never heard of Kenna, then you are truly missing out. In the realm of music he is a pioneer, ushering a new sound for a new generation of listeners who are willing to listen to his message.
Kenna never fails to deliver and yet again he delivers another masterpiece for our self conscious minds. Listen and think. Off the new album "Land 2 Air Chronicles"

"DOOOOOOOOOOOPE!" was what my chaps said when I pulled them aside to watch this vid!
We all loved the video for its tribal-esque influence, the location the video was made is beautiful and the diversity shown; goes to show that hip-hop doesn't have to be about materialism.
Track:
U-N-I - Land Of The Kings
An Original Soundtrack Score from the CG Film of the same name based on the video game.
Track: Pharrell - Despicable Me

Delirious by Vitoso Bosses I heard this song back in the spring, initially I thought it would catch up due to its infectious pop melody, but surprisingly it didn't to my astonishment. Now Vitoso Bosses unveiled their single again, albeit a remix ft. Souljaboytellem which works out perfectly!
The original video of the song you can watch here: Vitoso Bosses; not much difference between the versions. Also, if you're feeling the song snag it!

For some inexplicable reason I'm unable to figure out why I love this song by the young group Solid Gold!
Their track Bible Thumper off of their Bodies of Water has my ears in a trance. The song is mellow, yet contagious.

New single off the Til the Casket Drops album slated for a 9.29 release!
Track:
Clipse - I'm Good ft. Pharrell
Props to Complex
K'naan makes an anthem for the Mother-Land! The message I seem to find from the song itself is a snub, rather mockery towards rappers who glorify gangster personification and and emblazon it as "I have it tough and you don't know anything about it"! When in actuality majority of the so-called gangster rappers are fake or haven't lived in the harsh conditions that Africans face.
Despite subliminally learning this while listening to the song I enjoyed it lol, K'naan got the flow to KA-Boom!, and the beat juss knocks lol!
Somolia FTW!

K'naan - T.I.A

Ah! Ne-Yo, the one celebrity I have been mistaken for on numerous occasions. Although, I do not see any resemblance, besides our pillow soft lips, sense of attire and our ability to snag the ladies. I'm the handsome one out of the bunch despite Ne-Yo having the obvious higher income and distinguished voice lol.
On this song he captures the real emotion of missing that special someone in your life. I know I miss someone like crazy! Thank-you Ne-Yo for conveying my feelings for me lol!

The latest from Santogold, its a low-tempo Dub track. I'm definitely feeling this record.
Makes me want to go to the beach, relax on the beach or have a bonfire on the beach...anything beach related is fine with me when I listen to this cut!
Santogold you truly are the best and I love her vocals :D
Peep it and covet it yourself!
Track:
Santogold - Your Voice
-Arz Nova- Respect My Conglomerate!
Kid Cudi comes back with yet another solid effort using a sample from Lady GaGa's song of the same name.
Reminds me of the time when T.I sampled M.I.A for the Swagger Like Us and everyone was instantly on a "I will out Swagg You" campaign.
Alright peep the track!

This has to be my favourite tune for right now, quite catchy and the lyrics I like, it light, sweet and takes you that moment hahahaha, but what I love most about this track is the instrumentation.
My ears are seriously addicted to this lil' chuuuune! Well let your ears have a gander!
Track: Desmond + The Tutus - Kiss You On The Cheek

I wonder... Yes, I truly wonder what type of monsters Curren$y may be afraid of, but whatever it is, I'm sure it has to be the boogie monster because I'm surely diggin' this tune to the anticipated This Ain't No Mixtape album!
