My good friend Mystique Earth told me that songs don't have have an expiry date and are evergreen.
Evergreen in the fact that you can listen to a certain song over and over but the lustre of the song doesn't fade.So today I decided to blog about a song from 1971!
This is my EVERGREEN song :]
Yamasuki's - Yama Yama is from a pseudo Japanese concept album by the French production duo of Jean Kluger and Daniel Vangarde.
Random Fact: Daniel Vangarde who is Thomas Bangalter's father...
Thomas Bangalter is one of two robots that forms Daft Punk...
If you like the song you can find it on the album of Le Monde Fabuleux Des Yamasuki

While the state of Hip-Hop was becoming stale, there was one lone producer churning out great beats I easily compare Nujabes as the J. Dilla of Japan.
Jun Seba is the enigmatic and creative mastermind that makes up Nujabes and if you look carefully Nujabes is his name in reverse. CLEVER! The production is a blend between jazz, soul and classic old school samples fused with live instrumentation of flutes, drums, and several other instruments!
It's juss so dope! In my opinion, he is one of the greatest hip hop producers of our era!
If not for Jun Seba, I would never have been acquainted to such as Shing02, Pase Rock, Uyama Hiroto, or C.Y.N.E.
So as it presents itself, Nujabes has had a significant influence on whom I listen to, which is why I will always remain a respected fan of his work
So get familiar, here is a link that I recommend you check out because if you don't you're surely to miss out. Nujabes Discography!
